At the Inclusive Teacher Academy we believe Professional Development should be created to meet the needs of the modern educator. We use the Flipped Learning Model to increase the impact of in-person professional development for educators and schools. Our model allows educators to learn the content for professional development asynchronously. This allows for more staff meeting time to be focused on collaboration, planning and implementing research-based pedagogy.

Special Offer! With each in-person (or Zoom) Professional Development session on Culturally Responsive Teaching the Inclusive Teacher Academy will give every teacher at the school site access to the asynchronous course content for a year.

Our Academy offers Professional Development for Schools and Districts.

Professional Development Sessions Available Include the Following:

  • Culturally Responsive Teaching
  • Restorative Practices
  • Navigating Hard Conversations in the Classroom
  • Equity Planning & Implementation

Our professional development courses are available for teachers to purchase individually.
